If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Scientology Handbook.
This book has so many sections in it that can help you improve your life. There is a section on the study technology that has so improved my skills in that area. If you ever find that you drift off in the middle of a book or you give up subjects too easily, this section will explain why that occurs and give you solutions.
Another section gives you ways to help someone who is in pain. I remember helping a friend with one of the remedies given in this text. She walked in limping. After giving her a "Touch Assist," she was free of the pain and not limping in the least. She called it a miracle!
