When I was growing up I used to wonder, “How did I get here? Where did I come from? Where am I going?”

     I’d look around at things and people noticing no one looked particularly happy, and reading the headlines of World War II I’d say to myself “If God created all of this and seeing it such a mess, isn’t it likely he’ll just snap his fingers and UN-create it? It’ll all be gone in an instant and I’ll be left here just hanging out in space!”

     Well, Scientology changed all that. Answers flooded in. BELIEVE ME, YOU KNOW A REAL ANSWER WHEN YOU SEE ONE. There’s a huge sigh! There’s a great relief! OH -H-H-H, THAT’S IT!! The anxiety is over. And you never wonder again.

     Can you imagine the stability that provides you?

     When I was in school I’d notice one kid would get an “A” in English and a “D” in math. I’d wonder, “Hm-m-m it’s the same mind working. Why isn’t it working evenly? This doesn’t make sense! There would be some talk about aptitude, but I’d think, “There should be an APTITUDE for LEARNING that could be applied to ANY field. Then you could be brilliant in anything you wanted to know!

     Scientology has provided the “BEAT” to my life. ’"Beat” in the sense of rhythm and motion and accomplishment. “Beat” also in the sense of the path that I took. We all want the right “beat". And we all want to do wonderful things.
