If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics, The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding many things about myself and others. But one of the things I am getting out of it has to do with the Scientology method of study I have been taught and am using to study it.
You could almost say that I am re-learning how to read, because I look up words in the dictionary all the time now when before I would not understand at all, but would continue on anyway.
