If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Introduction to Scientology Ethics.
This book really helped me with expanding and handling my work in an ethical way. The chapter on Conditions in life helped me greatly in that I could apply them to work to increase my statistics.
