If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
I learned about communication from this book and how to better relationships with others. When reading this book I was able to apply the information on communication with my mom, which bettered our relationship.
