If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought.
This book really helped me with communication and greatly understanding others. It is fine when you "get by" but it is even better when you know how to keep yourself and others happy.
