Before I became involved in Scientology I was on a fairly rapid decline in life. I had an extensive education, a growing business, and almost more stress than I could handle. I was definitely not happy, and at one point even considered seeking “professional” help to handle the stress that I was under.

     Fortunately about that same time, I became involved with an organization which specialized in promoting Scientology Management Principles to businesses. The result of that was the management of my business became easier and less stressful. My business grew with less effort and I was able to relax and enjoy life more. I became intrigued with Scientology after reading Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health and I started a course in Scientology Auditing (counseling).

     Now I consider myself to be a normal individual, and during the course of my life I have experienced periods of feeling low or being depressed. While these were not incapacitating, they were annoying and unpleasant at best. It also seemed as I got older that they were more severe and longer lasting. In only one week of Scientology Auditing, about 25 hours, my emotional state had improved faster and to a greater degree then it had in any prior period in my life.

     There was no doubt in my mind that this was due to the Scientology Auditing I had received. I also found that the ups and downs which I had experienced were now gone. I was able to spot that a great deal of my unhappiness was due to the fact that I did not enjoy the work that I was doing. Because the emotional baggage that was interfering with my understanding was now gone I could really do something to change the situation - to improve my life rather than being the effect of it.

     I would definitely recommend Scientology Auditing and training to anyone having difficulty in life and not taking full advantage of their full opportunities.
