If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Scientology Handbook.
This book really helped me with handling my environment and especially the dangerous situations which I have been facing. And it is really great that you can also get parts of this great book in booklets which on their own cover specific areas, so that you can handle the exact situation which you have a problem with.
