If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.

     This book really helped me achieve a complete understanding of the mind, how it affects the body and how to resolve your emotional difficulties though the therapy of Dianetics.

     I found the best way to read this book was at my local Scientology Church while completing the course attached to it. This meant that I was able to clear up any new words (very important when studying!) and practice the techniques so that I was more skilled when I used them on my partner.
