If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with in one of the chapters, I discovered the cycle of action, and how to sort out confusions and get jobs done. My desk at work finally saw the light of day after being covered with papers, files, etc all waiting to be handled.
