If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Introduction to Scientology Ethics.
This book really helped me with my ability to take responsibility for any situation. Not fault or blame - but responsibility! I was able to then have any outcome that I desired, from acting, to handling "fights" with friends, to just paying the rent.
