If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with addressing simple problems at work. It gave me ideas of things that I could implement every day which actually DID create a change for myself and the persons I work with!
