If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me as it totally explains how the mind works and shows how to totally get rid of so many problems in a very short period of time. I know people personally whose life has gone from suicidal to back in control of life in a matter of hours and drug free. The first person I counseled with Dianetics when I was first trying it, I got a lady off her 16 painkillers a day after 2 1/2 hours of Dianetics therapy and within 2 weeks she had gotten rid of 95% of this pain and could have a normal life again.
