If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book helped me with understanding that a lot of what was wrong in my life can be handled and that with this knowledge I understand why people act as they do.
