ello, my name is Rosser Cole, and here is a little bit about myself:
I became a Scientologist in 1968 in New York City. I had just finished taking the Texas Bar to become a lawyer, and had decided to vacation there, waiting for the results.
Someone handed me a ticket for a Scientology lecture, and I went, just for the fun of it. I was told I could take a short, inexpensive course and improve my communication skills. The drills were easy, the course was fun, and I did improve my communication.
I was then told I could take another short course; I would learn how to speed the healing of physical injuries and to help others recover faster from physical trauma. Again, the drills were easy, the course was fun, and I learned about "assists."
I was then told I could learn about the mind and how it works; I would be able to identify the sources of emotional trauma, and to remove their effect forever. I began this course, and everything I was told was true.
And that is when I became a
Scientologist.
