If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
When I read this book I recognized that this is something I want to try. And I tried it and it was exactly as good as it is written in the book. And I am still doing it and I love it.
