In the 20 years that I have been a Scientologist, I have had many life-changing wins. I’d like to share a few of them with you here.
In my first month in Scientology, I got rid of a chronic sinus problem. I met with a staff member at my local Scientology church (known as an “ethics officer”) who showed me how to apply the exact Scientology technology to my life that resulted in NO MORE SINUS TROUBLE — EVER!
I had been shy and uncomfortable speaking with people for most of my life — until Scientology, that is. After doing a short Scientology course in communication, I lost my shyness and gained confidence in speaking to people, and have been happily talking away ever since!
One time I had a very high fever — I took my temperature and the mercury was about to go off the dial. I felt like I was about to die, but fortunately I was able to summon a friend immediately who gave me what is called a “touch assist” (a simple Scientology procedure that helps a person who is ill). After receiving this assist for about 20 minutes, I felt the fever dropping and knew I was NOT going to die! So I can say that Scientology literally saved my life.
Another physical problem that had bothered me for years vanished after I received some Scientology spiritual counseling. I had gone to chiropractors a lot because my neck was always going out of alignment. I could not raise my chin more than a couple of inches without unbearable pain in the back of my neck. When I would go for chiropractic treatment, I found the adjustments quite painful, and my neck would always be “out” again after a couple of days. . .
After some Scientology spiritual counseling that addressed this area, the neck pain totally disappeared—and has not returned (this was 14 years ago). The range of motion in my neck returned to normal and has been that way ever since.
I have delivered Scientology spiritual counseling to others, and some of my greatest wins were seeing those people gain new abilities and have life-changing realizations right before my eyes.
